Description
Rhodia’s Leeds site produces surfactants and biocides for the personal care, detergency and water treatment markets. We were requested to change out existing effluent control equipment and replace it with a new control system. The requirement was to maintain a consent pH range of 6-9, recorded at all times, because failure to comply may lead to prosecution.

Description
ABB was awarded the instrumentation contract for a new North West paper mill. They installed over 1000 instruments on the new plant.

The contract was awarded from Spain to a global instrumentation manufacturer, such as ABB, so that the plant could be supported locally.

Working closely with ABB as their North West Alliance Partner, we now have critical instrument spares available ex-stock which can be delivered same day if required.

Description
We designed and built a range of dual recorder panels for SHELL UK R&D lab. As ABB Instrumentation Alliance Partners we used state of the art SM Series videographic recorders.

SHELL requested the need to dial in from home to analyse lab conditions and instant alarm messaging via autodialers. We tailored a customer built solution and have since provided support with calibration and upgrades.
